Green Homes Brookline: Join Your Neighbors in Saving Energy and Money
- Green Homes Brookline is a Town led initiative that helps Brookline residents save energy and money by making their homes more energy efficient. The Town is working with energy efficiency leader, Next Step Living to serve Brookline residents. Owners, renters and residents living in all building types from all income ranges are encouraged to participate. Start with a free home energy assessment.

There are many reasons to get a home energy asessment and follow up with air sealing and insulation. So far over 700 of your neighbors have taken advantage of the Green homes program. Although the special rebate offer from the Town of Brookline is complete, the rebates from the standard MassSave program are still available through Green Homes Brookline to cover work up to $2,000.
